Request for Scholarship Monies

A Message to CSHA Scholarship Winners from the Charitable Trust

If you have won a scholarship from the Horsemastership, Royalty, English/Western or Gymkhana programs, you may redeem your scholarship by mailing a completed "Request for Scholarship Monies" form to the CSHA State Office. Funds will be sent to your school in your name within 45 days or less of the receipt of the completed paperwork.

If you did not receive a request form at the time of your award or cannot locate your form, print out the form below.

Scholarships awarded in the junior programs and not claimed prior to the winner's 25th birthday revert to the appropriate scholarship fund.

Scholarship awarded to Senior Horsemastership winners not claimed within 4 years of award will revert to the appropriate scholarship fund.

Please review the rules of the program (CSHA Rule Book) that awarded your scholarship as to where and how you may use your scholarship.

If you have won a scholarship from your Region, please contact the appropriate Region Trustees or Region President to request your scholarship.

It has come to our attention that some scholarship redemption forms may have been issued with an incorrect address for the CSHA State Office.  If you have won a Horsemastership, Royalty, SOC Gymkhana, SOC Western or SOC English scholarship, please take note that your redemption form must be sent to:
