Our 2006 scholarship was awarded to Cynthia Facciolla a student at the UC Davis campus. Cynthia attended Loyalton High School where she was class valedictorian and took her undergraduate degree with an Animal Science major at Cal Poly. Her activities included 4H, FFA, Army R.O.T.C., band, choir, and livestock and horse judging, as well as participating in various church activities. While maintaining a 3.50 grade point average, Cynthia is focusing on large animal medicine (equine and beef cattle) and international veterinary medicine. She will be joining the Army after graduation and then hopes to server mostly as an ambulatory/field service practitioner.
California State Horsemen's Association is proud to be able to assist Cynthia at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.
