Robin Marie Janeway of Dixon, California, is the 2008 recipient of the CSHA U.C. Davis Veterinary Scholarship. The ceremony at U C Davis honored 350 students on May 14. Her award was presented to her by CSHA representatives Linda Donnelly and Peggy Narducci.
Robin attended Nevada Union High School in Grass Valley. She has a Bachelors degree in animal science with an equine emphasis and a graduate degree as a doctor of veterinary medicine with a major in track equines. She believes strongly in volunteering and has done her part with rural area veterinary services and emergency response teams. Robin plans to become an equine ambulatory practioneer.
